Are we still running weddings & events at Holmewood Hall?
No. Due to government restrictions, we are not able to hold weddings or events currently. We will be reviewing this situation with a view to re-opening as and when restrictions are lifted. However, our office and Personal Wedding Manager teams are still fully operational, working from home, and will answer any questions you may have. The office team will still be contactable by email – firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are we still holding viewing appointments at Holmewood Hall?
No. Due to the restrictions on social distancing, we have made the decision for our sales team to work from home. They will still be contactable by email – email@example.com. We are hoping to be able to offer prospective couples virtual viewing appointments in the coming weeks.
I have a wedding booked at Holmewood Hall in the coming months, what should I do?
We are currently in the process of contacting all of our couples by phone that have wedding dates booked with us until the end of September 20 to provide our assurances and discuss any concerns that you may have.
As you can imagine this is a mountainous task for our team so we would like to ask for your patience during this trying time. If at all possible, please refrain from contacting the venues – we promise that you will be contacted directly as quickly as possible, and by the 31st March at the very latest, to discuss any concerns.
