Candle Packages

Whatever the season, candles are a lovely addition to your wedding day, offering a soft ambience inside and striking photo opportunities outside. We have indoor and outdoor candle packages available. Table Centrepieces

Add some sparkle and candlelight to your reception with eight designs to choose from, all displayed on a striking mirror surrounded diamanté sprinkles. Ask your Personal Wedding Manager to see all of our options.

Candy Cart

Your very own sweet shop with a glamorous twist! The Candy Cart is a real treat for your guests and a great way to incorporate your colour scheme or wedding theme into your venue! We can also offer unique candy-themed table decorations as an alternative to flowers and your chosen sweets can be packaged as favours for your guests. Talk to your Personal Wedding Manager or the office team for selection options and prices.

Bar Facilities

Holmewood Hall has four permanent fully stocked bars – the Champagne bar to greet your guests on arrival, the Cocktail Bar for the day time, and the Vault Bar to keep your guests well catered-for once the party gets going! For the sunnier days, we have the Terrace Bar so your guests can order their drinks in the sunshine. The Champagne, Vault & Terrace Bars all have an array of draft beers & cider on tap.

During the day, you and your guests can enjoy Pimms, Champagne and cocktails in the Great Hall or outside on the Cocktail Terrace on sunny days and in the evening, our fully stocked bars have a selection of beers, spirits, wines and Champagnes ensuring there is something for everyone. We can even order in special beverages just for your day to ensure your special day is exactly as you dreamt it to be.

Intimate Weddings

Opting for a smaller wedding doesn’t mean you have to settle for a smaller venue! Holmewood Hall is just as perfect a setting for that intimate affair, as it is for those who have bigger designs for their special day.

Say 'I do' Again

Our all-inclusive wedding package can be adapted to facilitate those that want to say 'I do' again! Relive the special memories of your wedding day by renewing your vows. There is no better setting than this to reconfirm your commitment to each other.

Same Sex Marriages

We welcome all couples to our magical venue. Same-sex couples are more than welcome, and we can assist you in planning the wedding day of your dreams. Civil partnership ceremonies also remain available at Holmewood Hall.

Take the stress out of your 'morning of' with our 'night-before' cottage!

The Courtyard Cottage allows the members of the wedding party to arrive the night before the big day. Check-in from 5 pm and relax in the six-seater hot tub, safe in the knowledge that all the travelling is done! Fall asleep in one of three ensuite bedrooms in the cottage, then awake feeling revived and refreshed, bright and early the next morning with ample time for pampering and preparations.

Our Sales Manager is always on hand to answer your preliminary questions, give you a guided tour and help you choose your special date.

Personal Wedding Manager

You will be allocated your very own Personal Wedding Manager to assist you with your plans in the build up to your big day. She will also oversee and ensure the smooth running of your day when it arrives.

Venue Manager

Our Venue Manager is here to ensure the seamless running of the venue, and to co-ordinate with all heads of departments to ensure all preparations for your day are in place.

Head Chef

Our Head Chef offers up her culinary expertise along with her team to provide you with first-class catering for your day. As their focus is entirely on wedding catering, they know what and how to prepare the best dishes for you to enjoy.

Bar Manager

Our Bar Manager is on hand to assist you with choosing the perfect wine & drinks to accompany your food menus. Why not ask them about a personalised cocktail just for your guests?
