House is extremely well looked after All bars and rooms were spotless and not a single thing out of place A beautiful place to get married. All bedrooms were spotless and well presented to all our guests, all guests were incredibly happy with their rooms.
Katie was our first point of contact who was extremely friendly and accommodated us so well. On viewing the venue, we were taken on the journey of the rooms in the order they would be used and given great detail into what a wedding day would look and feel like. Katie was extremely helpful with all the questions we had prior to having Jenna as our wedding manager and would always respond in a timely manner.
Jenna was an extremely warm and personable person, and we felt as ease the moment we met her that our wedding was in safe hands. Jenna was contactable all the time and would come back to us very quickly for all of the questions we had with the level of detail we required. On our wedding day the service was exceptional!
We would like to give Michaela a special mention as she made us feel so incredibly special and even held our 1year old so that our best man and wife could eat their main course. So many of our gusts mentioned Michaela in particular as exceptional. All staff around the venue were friendly and always on hand to us and our guests which made us content and grateful.
The quality of the food was exceptional, every guest mentioned how lovely the food was. We could not faulter the food and very much enjoyed it. Bar staff were extremely efficient and friendly, we didn’t notice anyone waiting for a drink. our experience was incredible and we would recommend to anyone getting married to get married here the day was absolutely seamless, and we thank all the staff for this!
